Rustic Charm

with Bridal Butler

When you hire Brenda Keller, owner of Bridal Butler, to help with your wedding, all she cares about is helping you have the wedding you’ve pictured since you were little. Whether you want simple elegance, over-the-top luxury, or something a little more rustic, Brenda loves to help you plan your wedding. “I could talk about wedding stuff all day long, and I never get bored of it,” she says. A great listening ear, Brenda’s genuine excitement for your wedding means she will put the same effort into planning your wedding as if it was her own.

Brenda was inspired to open Bridal Butler after planning her own wedding in 2002. “I did all my flowers, cake, and food. Pretty much everything,” she explains. “The day after our wedding, I said to my husband, ‘what dummy does this to themselves?’” She started planning weddings for family and friends, until 2006 when she planned her first wedding for someone she had not known previously. Full-time with Bridal Butler for ten years now, Brenda has seen a decade’s worth of weddings, weathering the different trends, while still creating unforgettable wedding experiences for her couples every time. “I just kind of fell into this, but it’s the best job I’ve ever had,” Brenda says, smiling.

Brenda’s team is composed of her three sons Logan, Zachary, and Wyatt, who all stepped up to help their mom after her husband, an integral part of Bridal Butler, passed away four years ago. “These boys are amazing,” she says. “They take care of everything. Logan has done weddings on his own, and Zachary wants to take over for me.”

From rentals to full decorating, Brenda offers a variety of services for couples on their wedding day. “Whatever needs to get done, we’ll do it,” she expresses. Brenda usually has the couple come in for a free consultation to discuss their specific needs. From there, pricing is set and a wedding date is reserved for two weeks until a contract is signed. The timeline from there is flexible, until two months out from the wedding when Brenda recommends having everything finalized. “If I have to buy something later than two months out, I may not be able to get what the couple wants,” she explains. On the week of the wedding, Brenda likes to meet with the couple one more time to finalize details. However, Brenda is always happy to accept calls from her brides. “If a bride is having a panic attack, or they want to talk wedding stuff and no one else wants to, they can call me,” she says.

This wedding, with a little bit of glam, is the perfect example of how Brenda can take a bride’s vision to the next level. “Brenda is an amazing decorator and brought my wedding vision to life and then some!” says the bride of this featured wedding. Hiring Brenda ensures your wedding day comes without the typical stress of wedding planning, doing as much or as little as you need. Regardless, every part of your wedding Brenda touches will be unforgettable.
